What happens when the beta ends?
Nothing you have made is lost. Every account gets an email with the price and the date well before any paid plan starts, and your courses, plans and reports stay yours either way.
Does anyone joining ever pay, or sign up?
Never. A six digit code and a nickname, no accounts and nothing to buy.
Do I need a card?
No card and no trial countdown. An email and a password opens the whole library.
How many people can join one session?
Two hundred. If you need more for a specific event, ask before the day rather than on it.
Does it work if the wifi is down, or phones are banned?
Yes. Most activities also run off the board with no devices at all, and the printed kits and spreadsheet tasks need no network once the file is on the machine.
Can I get an institutional licence?
Not yet. Single sign on, invoicing and admin roles are being built rather than sold, so tell us if you want to shape them.
What data do you keep?
From you, an email and the courses and sessions you have made. From the room, a nickname and some answers, attached to a session rather than to a person.
